Chautauqua Leadership Network’s goal is to provide a continual supply of persons trained in leadership which is above and beyond the training they have in their chosen professions. Class leadership development competencies include:
self-awareness * team building * creativity * communication * asset discovery * organization skills * developing others * ethics / integrity * leading change * social intelligence * networking / building partnerships.
We have also created a robust network which enriches each member and the resources of our county as a whole.
Don’t Call It A Comeback
Our county has faced unprecedented challenges over the past two years. Many of us are exhausted. Many of us are still navigating disruption and change. Many of us continue to make fearless decisions as we stare down the unknown. But know this. In countless ways. Big and small. Publicly and behind-the-scenes. CLN alumni have made, and continue to make, remarkable contributions to care for our communities in our time of need. We can achieve anything when we come together for each other and believe our best days are ahead.
The collective strength of the CLN network was there all along. Inspiring hope.
