Doing Your Own Business Process Analysis
With Denise Burbey
Tuesday, September 10; 8am – 12pm
JCC South Campus
Inefficient processes create waste in an organization. Waste can impact your organization’s bottom line and prevent your organization from reaching its goals. To improve a process, we need to study it, scrutinize it, and understand it. This is where business process analysis comes in. We can’t change what we don’t understand. Process analysis helps us identify individual steps in a process, describe them, visualize them and understand how they fit or flow together so we can identify opportunities for change and improvement. This hands-on session will demonstrate how to lead a business process analysis, examine the tools and techniques involved, and discuss how to get people on board with making a positive change.
