CLN Survey – Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Hello CLN members!

The board of directors created an Ad-Hoc Committee earlier this year to look at the organization’s overall diversity, equity, and inclusivity (DEI). The committee seeks to evaluate current practice to develop goals and processes designed to encourage leaders to benefit from training and networking opportunities that reflect the diverse needs across Chautauqua County.

As a part of the evaluation process, the committee has developed a survey intended to accumulate CLN member perspectives. The goals of the survey are as follows:

● Assess CLN membership experience and perceptions concerning diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility.

● Collect data to foster dialogue around diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility.

● Determine members’ interest to engage in work to increase diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility.

The committee requests that all CLN members spend approximately 15 minutes to complete this survey by July 30th. Participation is very much appreciated and highly valuable.
