DESCRIPTION:Leaders in Action (LIA) is an opportunity for the Class to work together in teams\, expand their network\, increase their knowledge\, collaborate to find innovative solutions\, and focus on developing the following four skills:\n✔ Presentation and Facilitation Skills\n✔ Organization Skills\n✔ Giving and Receiving Feedback\n✔ Creativity \nIn alignment with the CLN mission\, they will be responsible to work together as a team to plan and deliver a\npresentation about one of the “diamonds” in our own Chautauqua County. \nGuest speakers to inspire the class session include: \n\nMarla Connelly from NYS Parks.\nDee Dippel from Loud Performance\nBryce & Rachael Steffen from Bemus Point Golf Club & Tap House.\nAndrew Nixon from the Chautauqua County Visitors Bureau.
