Jennifer is the Chief Financial Officer for Ahlstrom Schaeffer Electric Corporation. Jen is a co-owner of Fresh Press Studios with her husband and business partners and an adjunct instructor at Jamestown Business College. Jennifer is the co-chair of CLN’s Financial Sustainability committee.
Jennifer earned her MBA from St. Bonaventure University. She lives in Lakewood with her husband, Gary, and daughter, Chloe. She enjoys the spending time outside as long as it’s warm and sunny.

Katie Young, Coordinator, Class of 2016
Katie was born and raised in the beautiful mountains of Heber City, UT. She has her BS in Behavioral Science. She worked for Utah Valley University for 15 years before she and her family decided to adventure out and move to Lakewood, NY.
Katie and her husband Kirk have 3 beautiful children who keep them running. She enjoys being on the soccer field watching her boys and the dance studio with her daughter. She serves in her church and loves spending time with friends and family.
Zach Agett , Secretary, Class of 2018
Zach, a lifelong resident of Chautauqua County, is the Interim VP of Community Engagement at Chautauqua Hospice & Palliative Care. He’s enjoyed working with a great team to bring the first Hospice House to Chautauqua County, scheduled for completion in the fall of 2021. He is grateful for all the community support that helped make this important project possible.
Zach’s CliftonStrengths Top 5 Themes are Positivity, Activator, Woo, Communication, and Futuristic, which seem to describe his work style pretty well. He values teamwork, enthusiasm, and fun. Maybe this is why he’s now captained 3 different organizations in the YMCA’s Battle of the Businesses, one of his favorite local events.
Zach is married to Bree, CLN Class of 2016, and together they have created three awesome kids, Lincoln, Truman, and Kinsey. In their free time, they love to explore all the area has to offer and hang out with friends and family.
The Chautauqua Leadership Board of Directors are charged with the over site of the organization. This includes ongoing operation as well as plans for future growth and improvement of the CLN along with maintaining and improving the benefits offered to the current classes and the general membership.
The Board is informed by and assisted by several member committees which support their assigned subject areas. The Coordinator handles day-to-day operations of the organization and interacts with both the board and the committees.
Class of 2003, Timothy W. Piazza Ph.D. is the Talent Pipeline Manager and Apprenticeship Program Coordinator. Previously Tim was the Manager of Product Development for SKF Aeroengine North America. He has spent all his professional career in research and development, post-secondary education and manufacturing.
Timothy, a lifelong resident of Jamestown, is married to an incredibly beautiful and talented wife who is a pre-K teacher at SWCS. He has a ten-year-old son who luckily takes after his mother.

Lindsey Goold is the Director of Community Impact at the United Way of Southern Chautauqua County. In her work, she is committed to supporting programs and making valuable connections within our community. She is pursuing a maters degree in Strategic Leadership from St. Bonaventure University.
Lindsey lives in Jamestown with her husband, son and two dogs. Together, they spending time enjoying all that Chautauqua county has to offer!
Class of 2019, Cynde currently is a Board Member and a member of the Branding and Marketing Committee. She brings a lot of spirit to CLN along with over 20 years of professional leadership experience.
Cynde is Owner/Professional Photographer of Cynde B Photography, has a really unique mix of industry experience working as professional titles of Director of Marketing and Business Development, Office Manager and Finance/Credit Specialist.
She is always up for an adventure, loves being outdoors, live music, and traveling. Cynde lives with her family here in beautiful Chautauqua County.
