Creativity is widely regarded as one of the most essential, useful, and sought-after skills for leaders and for employees, in general. Creative leadership involves being open to new ideas, being flexible in thought and action, taking risks, finding playfulness in innovation, and working through uncertainty while moving forward with confidence. This session will focus on learning ways to build creative mindsets, skill sets, and tool sets through an assessment model, individual exercises, and group activities. A bonus benefit will be having fun and working together in a climate of support, celebration, and connection!
