Leaders in Action (LIA) is an opportunity for the Class to work together in teams, expand their network, increase their knowledge, collaborate to find innovative solutions, and focus on developing the following four skills:
✔ Presentation and Facilitation Skills
✔ Organization Skills
✔ Giving and Receiving Feedback
✔ Creativity

In alignment with the CLN mission, they will be responsible to work together as a team to plan and deliver a
presentation about one of the “diamonds” in our own Chautauqua County.

Guest speakers to inspire the class session include:

• Bryce & Rachael Steffen from Bemus Point Golf Club & Tap House.
• Andrew Nixon from the Chautauqua County Visitors Bureau.
