TIME COMMITMENT The CLN program begins with a
MANDATORY weekend retreat generally held the third weekend in February. It is followed by 1/2-day or full-day training sessions occurring once a month. In addition, there are small group projects that require some participation outside of the scheduled training time. A detailed schedule will be available online by November 30. Candidates are
REQUIRED TO ATTEND the weekend retreat, as future personal development is based on this session. If you do not attend the weekend retreat, and/or miss a limited number of classes, you will become illegible to participate. In such case
TUITION IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
Chautauqua Leadership Network is a membership funded and volunteer ran non-profit organization. After graduation, it is expected that you will further develop your leadership growth by supporting CLN with a membership contribution and volunteering to serve on a CLN committee for at least 1 year. These post-Class years with CLN will further grow your career skills, leadership growth at an organizational level, and greatly expand networking opportunities.
Membership Terms I understand the goals and commitments of the Chautauqua Leadership Network program. If selected, I will attend all the sessions/functions and devote the time necessary to be a contributing member. My employer supports my involvement in CLN and understands the time commitment necessary to complete the program. I understand that if I can not meet these obligations, I may be asked to withdraw from the program. Tuition is non-refundable.
